A classic old-school theatre actor. Commanding, grand, and unapologetically dramatic. The type who has trodden the boards in his time and can make reading a menu sound like Hamlet’s soliloquy. Big, resonant, booming voice (think Brian Blessed energy, without parody). Strong classical training and confident handling of heightened language are essential. To be played straight, not comedic pastiche. The humour comes from sincerity and scale.
Will be dressed in full Shakespearean costume (provided). Appears in a key studio sequence delivering short dramatic lines with theatrical intensity. - Salary
