We are casting a calm, credible on-camera professional to portray an experienced intake specialist or case manager.
This role is subtle and grounded. No hard selling. No exaggerated emotion.
The performance should feel:

The camera should feel like this person has handled serious situations many times before.
Voice is critical. The actor must sound confident, warm, and trustworthy — particularly on the phone.
