Zena Donnelly Profile

I am a Dublin-based actor, singer, and songwriter with over a decade of professional experience across film, television, and theatre. My accurate playing age is 16–30, and I’m known for my natural screen presence, emotional depth, and versatility across both drama and comedy.

I’ve just wrapped filming on Under Influence, a feature film shot in London and directed by Gary Grand, and I’m currently shooting for the upcoming romantic comedy feature Squad Goals. Recent credits include Sunphlowers (dir. Dave Byrne), IN (dir. Van Poynton), and the RTÉ/Tailored Films series Spooky Stakeout, in which I played a leading role. Previous work includes A Christmas Star (Cinemagic / Richard Elson) alongside Liam Neeson and Pierce Brosnan, The Food Guide to Love, Céad Ghrá (First Love), and CUCKOO (RTÉ) too name but a few film / tv projects. I'm also very experienced in theatre, musical theatre and music being a singer / songwriter / musical theatre performer.
