I am Yuri Kitagawa, a Japanese American Actress based in LA and a former member of Japan’s No.1 J-POP idol, “Nogizaka46,” produced by Sony Music Entertainment.
I have over 8 years of professional on-camera experience, and my recent acting credits include a feature film, "Wished there was Never Happiness," (Lead Actor/Writer), "FALLEN STAR(S)", (Lead Actor/Director in association with La Jolla Playhouse), "TEA," (Lead, directed by Yoko Narahashi), Nina in “The Seagull,” and several other short films in Japan.
I recently finished my training at Art of Acting Studio (Stella Adler LA), UCSD, UPS Academy, and Sony Music Entertainment Japan.
My skills are stage combat, sword fighting, singing, dancing, J-RAP and I speak fluent Japanese.
