Valentin Perkovic Profile

Starting out as the lead in a school play I feel I should have but didn't pursue a career in acting until the age of 50 (I'm now 56). Midlife crisis you might say but no this feels like a true calling, a life un-lived. I have been cast as a supporting actor in four feature films and a TV series in three countries. I have just come off filming a feature film here in Croatia where I was cast in biopic that has been a huge success all over Europe. I have also written a screenplay which is now in pre-production. I have an Australian accent but I speak in many accents including US, Russian, German, Italian, English. I also speak fluent Croatian and was a supporting actor in a feature film which will be shown at this years Cannes film festival. I have played many sports, I'm a war veteran, can ride horses, motorbikes, cars, trucks and boats. I love the summer, swimming, scuba, surfing and my favourite of all snow skiing.
