About Me
I am a versatile India-based actor with experience across theatre, short films, regional content and live performance. Most recently, I played the lead in an award-winning Bengali short film, Bhromor, portraying a young journalist uncovering political corruption in a small town. The role challenged me to balance emotional depth with quiet intensity, and the film went on to receive recognition at the Kolkata International Short Film Festival.
I have also performed with a Kolkata-based theatre collective in productions such as Rupkatha Reloaded (a modern reinterpretation of Bengali folklore) and Sesh Station, a psychological drama staged at Tapan Theatre. These projects helped me strengthen improvisation, character building, and voice modulation.
I am fluent in Bengali, Hindi and English, and trained in voice acting, movement, and scene study. I have experience performing in both urban and rural settings, including touring theatre productions.
