In summer 2025 I completed one year’s study on the Questors 'Foundation Course in Acting' (London) & have been accepted onto the City Lit’s prestigious Diploma Course in Acting (starting 2026). Other City Lit courses:

I came to acting after a career in broadcasting (as a science reporter, presenter & producer for BBC Radio & TV). After returning to academia (2014-2023) and gaining a PhD I discovered acting, being cast as 'Phyllis Stein' in a local production of 'The Government Inspector’ (St Michael's Players, Chiswick).

I have also freelanced as a voice actor and have extensive singing experience (classical mainly but also folk). My hobbies include cycling, dog walking, baking & local history.

I have received professional voice training from: Barbara Houseman (acting); Jenevorah Williams (technique); Kieran McNiff & Hilary Fisher (classical song); & Niamh Parsons (Irish Folk).
