Thomas Martey Profile

I have had a passion for acting from a young age. It all began with watching movies & discussing actors & their techniques with family & friends. My desire to pursue acting seriously developed during secondary school, largely due to the guidance & support of my favourite teacher, Mr McGlocklin, who helped me hone in on my skills as both an actor and a performer.
After secondary school, I explored various aspects of Performing Arts. I worked backstage on theatre productions at Goldsmiths, University of London, and performed in shows like ‘Stop the Knife & Gun Violence’ in Stonebridge and Harlesden. I’ve also had the privilege of performing at iconic venues such as The Kilburn Tricycle Theatre, the Hammersmith Apollo, Hackney Empire, and Theatre 503, among others. Additionally, I have experience in Voice Acting and Radio Drama.
I later pursued a degree in Performing Arts at Plymouth Marjon University and Brunel University, where I was in a variety of productions on & off stage roles.
