About Me
My name is Teddy Skinner and I am 18 years old and am studying acting full-time at Bristol School of Acting.
I won a bursary place for Bristol Old Vic Theatre School Young Conservatoire and am also an Acting member after successfully auditioning for National Youth Theatre.
I have professional TV acting experience and understand the difference between acting for screen and stage. I have filmed for a TV commercial and appeared in the BBC series 'Boarders', 'The Outlaws' and in the HBO/BBC version of Philip Pullman's 'His Dark Materials.'
While at school, I was chosen to perform on the Bristol Old Vic stage in 'The Record', a production from award-winning New York theatre company, 600 HIGHWAYMEN.
In the summer I played the lead role in a play called 'Jonesy', with Bristol School of Acting. I performed at local schools as part of my Theatre in Education module, which was a challenging and enjoyable experience, for which I received a distinction.
I learn quickly and take direction
