I’ve been performing for as long as I can remember—my mom swears I could sing and dance before I could walk or talk. But at 16, a traumatic event convinced me that my gift was causing harm to those I loved. I silenced my passion and stepped away from the stage. For nearly 2 decades i hid my love of performing. Through years of healing, therapy, and a spiritual awakening, I came to a deeper truth and understanding: my gifts were never meant to hurt—they were meant to heal, connect, and uplift.
