Tanya Brown Profile

I am a performer and writer who is seeking a wide range of opportunities to develop myself as an actor and expand on my already expansive base of skills. I have experience performing in a variety of mediums and as seen in my credits, my work has spanned film, theatre and radio shows. I am adaptable, having gained the bulk of my acting experience during the successive Covid lockdowns, and driven to build up a diverse portfolio of performance work. Alongside being an actor, I am also a writer, having written several short plays, radio scripts and sketches. I am venturing more into writing screenplays for film and TV and I am also a theatre deviser, having recently completed a first draft of a one-woman dramatic play called A Mother’s Monologue.
