Tamara Vallarta Profile

I am a Mexican actor based in London, trained in Mexico and the UK, with experience in film, television, and theatre. I have worked on international productions and I am a big fan of going deeply in analysis and corporal work with my characters, as well as the creative process that happens when intertwining everyone's work and the connections that are made.
My recent work includes both leading and secondary roles in independent and commercial feature films. I play the lead role in Tijuana, a Netflix original Mexican series.
I bring a disciplined, high energy, vulnerable, and empathetic approach to rehearsals and filming, I love collaborating, and I have a strong and grounded emotional availability and attention to detail. I sing (mezzo-soprano), have a strong sense of rhythm, and movement training that supports physical awareness. I am fluent in Spanish and English and comfortable working bilingually.
