I’ve always been drawn to the quieter ways people communicate, the moments where meaning is carried through gesture, silence, or expression rather than words. That instinct shaped my interest in performance long before acting felt like a concrete goal. I naturally observe how posture shifts under pressure, how emotion settles in the body, and how much can be said without explanation.

My background in debate and public speaking introduced me to performance through clarity and presence rather than display. Debate taught me how intention, timing, and restraint shape meaning, and how listening can be as powerful as speaking. This interest deepened through my psychology studies at university, where I’ve become especially focused on non verbal cues and emotional regulation.

I’m drawn to character driven writing and dialogue rooted in subtext and restraint. Acting feels like a natural extension of how I observe and engage with people, and I’m keen to continue developing my craft.
