Sonja Tenner Profile

I am a professionally trained actor of 10 years, having trained at IDSA, with solid on-set experience across major film and streaming projects including Marvel, DC and Netflix productions in acting and SPACT roles.

Alongside my acting work, I have strong physical and technical training. I am a black belt in karate and have completed martial arts training to a high standard. I have also received professional military and weapons training with Paul Biddiss, giving me confidence and authenticity in tactical and action-based environments.

I am comfortable working within demanding physical productions and bring focus, discipline and professionalism to set. I work well within teams, take direction easily and maintain strong continuity and performance across takes.
