Serhat Metin Profile

Serhat Metin is a Turkish Cypriot actor from London, who began his career after transitioning from amateur boxing to acting in 2011. His credits include FX’s Tyrant, The Marine 6, Gangs of London, and Gareth Evans’ Netflix action thriller Havoc, where he played police detective Cortez opposite Tom Hardy, Forest Whitaker, and Luis Guzmán. Serhat also appears in Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two as a Fremen Fundamental Fighter alongside Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya.

Known for performing his own fights and stunts, Serhat brings a powerful physicality shaped by his boxing background. He trained with Hollywood coach Bernard Hiller and developed advanced screen combat skills at the British Action Academy under Andreas Petrides controlling weapons such as swords, shields, axes, spears and firearms.
