Sarah Alida Short Profile

I am an Italian actress working across theatre, film and television in Italy and the UK.
I have starred in Italian-, English- and French-language productions, collaborating with international directors and production companies.
Two films in which I played the lead premiered at the Rome Film Festival and the Berlinale, marking key milestones in my screen career.
My most recent work was a fully American production, in which I portrayed an American co-lead role.
Alongside cinema, I have a strong theatrical background, performing classical and contemporary roles on stage in Milan and London.
I recently completed an MA in Classical Acting at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, refining my craft through rigorous classical training.
I am fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish, and confident working across cultures and accents.

I recently received the Special Prize for Best Acting Performance at the Lucerne Film Festival for Su Twice.
