As a former member of the England National Kickboxing Team, I bring exceptional fitness, discipline, and focus to every role. My sporting experience has given me confidence in movement, strong body awareness, and the ability to follow direction precisely - whether in action sequences or crowd scenes.

I have previous experience as a film and TV extra, so I understand the pace and professionalism required on set. I’m comfortable working long hours, taking direction, and blending naturally into a wide range of scenes and settings.

My look and athletic build make me a versatile fit for contemporary, period, or action-based productions, and I’m confident performing light physical or background action when required. I’m punctual, easy to work with, and thrive in team environments.
