Ruby Ellingham Profile

I’m a Musical theatre student, currently in my last year on the BTEC National extended diploma at Emil Dale Academy, Hitchin, Hertfordshire. I have been dancing since i was young in the styles of; Jazz, classic MT, Tap, Commercial and contemporary. I am training in extending my singing repertoire with a singing coach. My acting is my strong suit, all the characters i have played in amateur dramatic shows have varied from antagonists - i recently played Jetsam in “The little mermaid” at the factory playhouse, Hitchin - to protagonists and ensemble. I enjoy working in teams, the felling of being part of a group to create a vision is really something i look forward to in a project.
Outside of college i have my part time job as a waitress/hospitality worker. Within this job i have learned many skills that help me in this industry like patience, Communication and being able to deal with multiple personalities and adapt to different situations i may find myself in.
