Rosie Green Profile

I'm predominantly a naturalistic actor who particularly finds joy in playing characters that are emotionally charged, but I also enjoy delving into the playful and silly nature that comes with comedic pieces. I have an interest in pieces that incorporate physical theatre or other elements of abstract performance, as I'm fascinated by what remains unsaid within a play or film.
I have recently completed a year-long contract with Oddments Theatre Company where I toured across the UK as part of their acting team, performing in one children's show and two mature productions. Oddments then employed me to write, direct and produce an original play for them to tour in the upcoming year. Before all of that, I also acted in a short film called The Offering, which is currently still in its editing process.
I sing and play a bit of guitar. I've attended numerous workshops on physical theatre and puppetry, and I have a degree in creative writing, where I specialised in scriptwriting.
