Rebecca Gerrard Profile

While I don’t have formal acting experience yet, I bring a wealth of transferable skills from my career as a primary school teacher. Teaching requires creativity, clear communication, adaptability, and the ability to engage and hold the attention of an audience, all of which are essential in acting. I’m used to thinking on my feet, improvising when things don’t go to plan, and bringing energy to every “performance” in the classroom. I’m passionate about storytelling and expression, and I’m currently exploring acting as an exciting new direction.

A fun fact about me: I was a contestant on The Chase! It was a brilliant experience being part of a TV production, and it gave me a taste for being in front of the camera, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
