Pedro Kaʻawaloa Profile

Pedro Kaʻawaloa is an actor, musician, director, teacher, and coach. He was The King of Siam in the national tour of The King and I, which performed across the US and in Canada. Pedro has also worked regionally, including with notable companies such as Asolo Rep, Alabama Shakes, the Fulton, and Orlando Shakes. As a music director, Pedro has worked with top-tier corporations such as Norwegian Cruise Line and regional Equity theaters such as Peterborough Players. He has extensive experience conducting both with a baton and from the keyboard. With a BA in Music from Harvard, he also runs his own private studio, Hana Hou Studio, working with global clients on performance and public speaking skills as well as business acumen. Pedro also creates sheet music and audio tracks for audition, rehearsal, and performance. He is also proudly multi-ethnic (Hawaiian, Filipino, and Caucasian).
