Patrick Regis Profile

From East London, acting had only been an idea for Patrick, a career he wouldn’t do anything about until he was in his twenties. Since then he has been involved in some of U.K.’s cult classics such as ‘Rollin’ with the Nines’ (Flakjacket Films Ltd) and ‘Rise of the Footsoldier’ (Carnaby International). His love of film is evident with two nominations and a win to date with the last coming for the role of Eno in ‘Chasing Robert Barker’ (I Made It Films). Although he has an equal passion for theatre, he is always popping up in television roles including William Picket in ‘Snatch’ (Little Island Productions), Gordon Halliwell in ‘Dalgliesh’ (New Pictures), Ben Morrigan in ‘Hard Sun’ (BBC) amongst many others. His desire to expand and create himself has found him become a script editor and writer in recent times. Combining this with his eye for directing, he has also enjoyed successes and wins in festivals with the short films ‘Tartuffe’ and ‘Sex Fruits’.
