Oliver Griffiths Profile

I started acting at primary school, and from 2008 to 2015 I was part of an Amateur Dramatic Society and appeared as roles in several productions such as The Artful Dodger in 'Oliver!', Tobias Ragg in 'Sweeney Todd' and Lord Mount Ararat in 'Iolanthe'.

In 2009 at age 13 I began making films as a self-taught filmmaker, starting with directing, writing, producing, editing and acting in my own Short Films, eventually making a zero-budget Feature Film in 2012.

From 2014 to 2017 I studied Film Production at the University of Derby, where I focused my skills on Directing and directed multiple Short Films, and graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in July 2017.
My most recent short film, 'A Personal Errand' was selected for 12 Film Festivals throughout 2022 and 2023, including the Almería Western Film Festival.

I started working as a Supporting Artist in 2023 and haveworked on numerous productions including The Regime, House of the Dragon and A Gentleman in Moscow.
