Nola Basey Profile

Nola Basey is an actor and recent M.A. Acting graduate from the East 15 Acting School with the University of Essex, where she most wrote and performed a short play as part of International Voices. Since returning from a three-week residency in Indonesia where she learned Balinese performing arts, Nola has completed filming in Rome for an upcoming television series. She looks forward to collaborating with artists from all over the globe.

Before moving to the UK, Nola studied as a repertory member with The American Mime Theatre in New York City and at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She also graduated cum laude with a BA in Creative Writing from the University of Denver, where she participated in various productions with the Department of Theatre.

Nola enjoys dance, travel, and learning about cultures through language and art. She looks forward to collaborating with the international community to tell unique stories that unite audiences.
