Nicholas Merrick Profile

I am a 19 year old Male actor based in Derbyshire with lots of experience performing in amateur plays and musicals, most recently playing roles such as Galileo (We Will Rock You), Kenickie (Grease), Ensemble in a semiprofessional performance (Evita) and currently working on ‘Road’ by Jim Cartwright playing Joey and Brink.
I have some experience working in film and voice acting, recently working on a Bristol UWE student commercial project for their filmmaking BA course. This involved being lead actor and voicing over the catchphrase. I also involved myself in many of the school’s short film projects during A levels. Despite my limited experience of film, I have good personal skills and ability to quickly adjust acting style or vocal tone when given direction, due to my more extended experience on stage.
Achieving top A-level results (Spanish, Music and Drama), and now working two jobs whilst pursuing my acting career shows dedication, passion and drive.
