I bring immersive horror experiences to life as a scare actor at 13th World by completely inhabiting a horrific character meant to frighten, amuse, and frighten visitors. In order to generate high-impact scares and ensure the safety of visitors, I must remain in character for hours at a time and use timing, physicality, and voice work (or silence, depending on the character). In order to adjust my performance to the reactions of the audience and provide each group a special and unforgettable experience, I collaborate closely with a group of actors and managers. My work demands stamina, fast reflexes, and excellent improvisational abilities, particularly in high-volume settings with audiences that change frequently. I concentrate on making every moment seem genuine and memorable, whether I'm leaping out of shadows or maintaining a silent, threatening gaze.
