Mumbi Kuguru Profile

I am an expressive film actor who loves the challenge of diverse roles with profound characters. I am not one to
shy away from stepping out of my comfort zone and digging deep into my acting tool box to discover how I
can bring my character to life. I am passionate about the whole process, from script analysis to blocking to
playing the action. I strive to improve my skill by listening to my team of directors, producers, and co-actors.
My goal is to deliver above and beyond expectations.

I recently graduated a two-year professional acting course, was part of the Shakespeare play As You Like it, and was the sublead in the Postcode Loterij Nederland winter campaign. Most recently I played Dani in the short film Somewhere Between Here and There, where I not only was part of the cast, but also a producer of the short film.

My special skills include singing, dancing, accents, and athletics — kickboxing, tennis, basketball, golf, and skiing.
