Mrs Janice L Fryett Profile

Janice is an actor who trained later in life, graduating from the Independent Centre for Actor Training in July 2017. She has comedy bones and is often cast as mum, nan or a person in authority. She is highly skilled in voice, both singing and speaking, and therefore ideal for radio and voice over work. She studied Estill levels 1&2, has an MA that specialised in Voice and has an ALCM in Music Theatre. Janice has appeared in Emmerdale (2022) and in several TV commercials (2017-2023) and short films as well as on stage in Fringe theatre in the Northwest and a Fringe Musical in London (2020). Radio work has included The Archers (2023) and programmes for the BBC World Service as well as her self-penned sitcom, Florrie & Dotty. Janice has narrated, both live and in pre-recorded VO, in dance theatre.
