Since retiring 7 years ago, I’ve embraced a joyful second career as a professional Father Christmas, appearing in two feature films, multiple game shows, a Christmas card campaign, and greeting travellers on the big screens at Heathrow and Stansted Airports. My festive presence has been featured in adverts for Gym kitchen. MOJO. Tesco, His column, Broom Park, the Channel Tunnel, and many more.
Beyond the red suit, I’ve worked extensively in film and television—primarily in background roles, with several speaking parts across documentaries, short films, music videos, and feature productions. My comfort on set stems from my early career as a stuntman in the 1970s, which gave me a strong foundation in camera work, physical performance, and taking direction with ease.
With my distinctive look—white hair, blue eyes, and a commanding presence—I’m particularly drawn to character roles in period dramas. I believe my appearance lends itself
