About Me
In 1994 Rippy relocated to England where he joined the Reduced Shakespeare Company for what would later become a record breaking run in the West End. He would go on to perform, develop and direct with the Reduced for the next twenty years.
Rippy launched his TV and film career in 1995 with a guest appearance on Goodnight Sweetheart for the BBC in the UK. In 2020 his episode of Torchwood, in which he plays the role of the real Captain Jack Harkness, was voted Best Episode by Fans in a Radio Times survey. He most recently appears in the series Glória on Netflix. He has over 40 television and film credits to his name.
Stay tuned for upcoming projects: a can’t-be-named-yet feature film from Sony Pictures and a WW2 bio-pic film.
