Macy Johnson Profile

What I love about acting is being undefined. Through my recent roles I have portrayed insanity and grief with the character of Titus Andronicus, and then just a month later I played an upbeat teenage girl in a solo show with themes of abuse and childhood. My strength as an actor definitely lies within my ability to portray a range of different characters no matter how unusual for my “type cast.” I am currently completing my Acting for Stage and Screen degree at The Northern School of Art, where I have learnt a range of skills and broadened my acting ability. From clowning to classical, I am trained in many styles and practices which I am eager to put to work.
