Lauren Staerck Profile

I’m an actress and action performer with a strong background in martial arts and stunt work. My journey began at Urban Edge Theatre School in Essex, where I discovered my passion for performance, and I later expanded my training in Vancouver, BC. I’m dedicated to telling impactful stories and thrive in roles that push me both creatively and physically.
As a former UK kickboxing champion, I’ve trained extensively in screen combat and love bringing physicality and authenticity to my roles.
