Lauren English Profile

I’m originally from the south of Ireland, holding an Irish passport, but I’ve been living in Manchester for four years and absolutely love it here. I’m currently training under Mark Hudson at the Manchester School of Acting, focusing on screen acting techniques and storytelling for TV and film.

As part of my acting journey, I’ve had the opportunity to perform scenes such as Shiv in Succession and Ruby Sunday in Doctor Who during classes, exploring contrasting characters and developing my emotional range.

Alongside acting, I’m also a writer and am currently working on my first novel. Writing allows me to further explore character development and storytelling, which enriches my acting work.
