Katja Ebrigens Profile

I am a trained actor and classic singer (Alto, Zwischenfach (Contralto - high Soprano).
Born and raised in Germany, I came to the UK in 2005.
During the last 35 years I have been in various musical theatre productions as a soloist, member of small groups, choirs and chamber choirs; and in theatre productions as an actor (scripted, immersive, improvisation, street theatre, open air theatre) and as a stunt girl (stage combat/ show fight).
I have also had a lot of opportunities to work behind stage as director, musical director, stunt coordinator (stage combat), stage and production manager as well as in event organization.
Having been involved in theatre from the age of 11, I have always enjoyed being part of a team, rehearsing, performing and travelling.
I especially enjoy to show a broad variety of my skills in both singing – from opera arias to rock/ pop, from musical theater to gospel, soul and jazz – and acting – from Shakespeare to comedy, contemporary plays and short films.
