About Me
I am an actor and writer. Trained as an actor at QMC, Edinburgh, graduating 1992. Since then have worked steadily in theatre, radio and TV. Most well-known for comedy roles but recently took on the tragic role of Hilda Zavaroni to stellar reviews in "Lena - the Play" about the Scottish child superstar Lena Zavaroni. I am also a Panto regular for Crossroads Pantomimes. This coming season I shall be playing the evil Mrs Blunderbore in Jack & the Beanstalk at HMT in Aberdeen. I can belt out a song and move well - as was documented in the reviews of last year's Panto Sleeping Beauty. I have toured the UK extensively in the hit comedy show Hormonal Housewives which I also wrote after a commission from producer Michael Harrison. I have written several other comedy shows and am currently writing a new show which will tour nationally in Spring 2025. I will also appear in this.
