Jose Neira Profile

I’m José Neira Tejeda, an actor based in Madrid and Barcelona. I started out in Havana with La Colmenita, Cuba’s national youth theatre, and trained further in London, Barcelona, and Madrid.

Recent work includes Signora Volpe (2024), where I played Ricardo García and worked one-on-one with Emilia Fox, and Amor (2024), leading the series as Pol. I’ve also appeared in international productions like Sote.

Former semi-pro rugby player, I bring physical discipline, presence, and flexibility to set. Bilingual in Spanish and English, with experience across stage and screen, I’m drawn to roles that challenge me — emotionally, physically, or comically.

I show up focused, collaborative, and fully in. I believe stories should move people — even if it’s just to ask, “Wait… who was that guy?”
