Aged late 30's - early 40's.

We’re looking for a warm, contemporary female presence with a calm, assured delivery.
The performance should feel natural and thoughtful, as though she’s reflecting on the words rather than delivering a formal speech.
The language in the script carries weight, so we want someone who can convey authority and experience without becoming overly serious or grand.

A slight, non-descript European accent would be ideal, although a British accent is absolutely fine.

She should have enough presence to make the company’s 155-year history and breadth of expertise feel credible, while remaining fresh, engaging and human.

The attached images are intended as a guide to the overall feel we’re looking for, rather than a strict visual brief.
We’re very open to different looks and hairstyles, including short hair, and wouldn’t want to miss out on someone exceptional because they don’t fit these references.
