Paid social media acting role for a luxury property content series.

Looking for a natural, confident actor to portray a luxury homeowner in a filmed interview inside a real high-end property. The real homeowner prefers not to appear on camera, so the actor will deliver pre-approved answers based on the homeowner’s actual story, experience of the property and reasons for selling.

The style should feel natural and conversational rather than scripted or overly commercial. The interview will be used as part of short-form property content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Minimal memorisation required. Most answers will be provided in advance, with some natural improvisation encouraged.

Approx. 3-4 hours filming.

Performance Location:
West Yorkshire / Yorkshire, UK. Mainly Halifax and surrounding areas, with possible future shoots in Leeds, Harrogate, Cheshire and Manchester.

For the pay/rate field, if it appears next, I’d put £75–£100 for up to 2 hours, plus reasonable travel if needed. That keeps it attractive enough to get decent applicants without pushing your production cost too high.

You’ll be given the real homeowner’s approved answers and background, then asked to deliver them naturally in conversation on camera. The style should feel relaxed, believable and unscripted rather than theatrical or overly polished.

Filming will take place inside real luxury properties and will usually take around 1–2 hours.

Content will be used across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Salary

£60 for up to 4 hours filming, depending on experience. Reasonable local travel expenses can be discussed.
