The ideal candidate will have a lean or wiry physique, with a face that tells a story — weathered and seasoned by a life spent outdoors. Strong, defined features and hands are essential, and facial hair, textured skin, and deep-set eyes are desirable attributes.

The role requires a subtle, understated, and natural performance. The character is a composed and competent individual, steering the young survivors to safety with calm assurance rather than overt emotion.
