Casting Call: DROP2DAWN
DROP2DAWN is a visually captivating short film for the electronic artist OTTO X. The narrative features two mysterious, helmet-clad figures engaging in a surreal, ritualistic duel within an austere industrial setting. This visual experience artfully blends precise choreography, realistic blank-firing effects, intense strobe lighting, and fragmented reality editing.
The sequence is distinctly non-traditional, offering a stylized, minimalistic, and physically demanding performance.
All firearm operations and blank-firing activities will be meticulously overseen by a certified film armourer.
We are seeking a female performer with exceptional screen presence and assured physical agility.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in firearms handling
- Previous experience with firearms on camera
- Comfort with practical blank-firing firearms
- Ability to adhere to detailed armourer-led choreography and rigorous safety protocols
- Willingness to perform in a full-face helmet and heavy black attire
- Must be London-based or able to self-commute to South Tottenham - Dates
- Shoot: Sunday 18 October 2026
Location: South Tottenham, London N15
