The owner of the sales company where Stephen Everett spent eleven years before abandoning a lucrative career to pursue filmmaking. Confident, successful and accustomed to being the ultimate authority in the room, Rob has a relaxed executive presence and a keen instinct for talent. He recognizes something exceptional in Stephen that others - particularly his sales manager - don't always appreciate. Beneath Rob's authority, however, is a genuine attachment to Stephen. When he discovers that his star employee is quitting after eleven years to make movies, his usual composure gives way in spectacular fashion.
