The Film
It follows a conversation between a mum and dad as photos appear and they reflect on how quickly life has moved as their child has grown up.
The story will be built around a real family and their genuine photo and video archive ....SO we are not holding a session the casting is about finding the right photographic material of a real family rather than casting real people for on-screen performance.

There will be no self tapes/recall/shoot
As a casting process we will be asking talent to gather a minimum of 6 photos overs a 6-7 year span of their family with the child ageing from 14-18 in the pics.
Production will consider these pics when making a final selection on which family to use in the ad. they will then request far more photos and short vids to turn into an ad.

We are looking for a real family of three, or potentially four, with one child as the focus of the story. Our family can be an ACTOR and his or her, husband or wife as long as their child is currently aged between 14–18. We want families of any ethnic background We are also open to same sex families, as long as the child is 14 - 18
Who must be willing to source and share personal candid family photos and any short videos from the past six or seven years ...

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NATURAL FAMILY / CHARACTERFUL / FULL OF LIFE/ IMPERFECT SOULS WHO EMBRACE THE DAY /THEY ARE CLOSE NIT AND THEIR PHOTOS SHOW US THAT ...

THE STORY GOES
EITHER The Daughter or Son is going off to Uni and this is the book Ma and Pa are making to pop in to their suit case to open when they get to their digs.

OR

If younger The Daughter or Son is going off for the whole of the summer holidays and this book is from Ma and Pa to say we love you .....

The strongest archive would ideally include: (some of this would be good in the first delivery but we will be supplying a dropbox link with requirements spelled out in a more detailed fashion.)

A memorable family occasion from around six or seven years ago, such as a holiday, with enough material to draw out several different experiences
A chronology of photographed moments showing the lead child growing up
Imperfect, characterful and emotionally resonant memories: mishaps, milestones, hobbies, pets, birthdays, day trips and ordinary family life
Bursts of photos, alternative angles and short video clips
Something very recent that naturally captures the family as they are today

Salary

Combined Photography and archival-video usage fee: £25,000
