In this mockumentary-style campaign, we trail Todd Waffle, a fictional employee dedicated to enhancing customer experiences, one individual at a time. His enthusiasm sometimes goes overboard...
He attempts to keep a dissatisfied customer by tagging along on their jog and aims to heighten customer satisfaction by unexpectedly showing up at their house to wash their car, dubbing his actions as 'going the extra mile.'
All participants must be proficient in delivering a high-quality American accent. - Dates
- Filming 2 x days in the East Midlands - TBC 12th & 13th August
