** Urgent casting **

We would appreciate your speed on this casting as we need to have a team of performers cast, rehearsed and installed ready to launch on 4th July.

South West based performers would be ideal due to rehearsal location.

Performers need to be available for all rehearsal dates, but not all performance dates.

We are very excited to be working with the creative team to bring Bing to Camel Creek this summer!

Bing and Flop will soon be arriving at their new home in Camel Creek. There will be mini shows, story times, meet and greets, and a purpose built interactive walk through Bing experience.

We are thrilled to be casting the team of performers that will bring these much loved characters to life.

If you have the energy of a 3 year old and a passion for hosting, then we need you!

We are looking to build a core team to cover the season as well as hire cast for shorter term contracts.

Dates

Rehearsals:
25th and 26th June - Just outside Exeter, Devon.
1st and 2nd July - Just outside Newquay, Cornwall

Must be available for all rehearsal dates.

Live:
4th July to 1st November - Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, Newquay.

You do not have to be available for the whole contract. As some cast will only be required for peak season.

Could you be best friends with Bing this summer?

We are looking for high energy, engaging, family focused performers to bring Bing to life at Camel Creek.

The role will include hosting the Bing mini show, interactive story times, meet and greets, hosting on park entertainment and most importantly bringing the magic of Bing himself to life on stage.

You must therefore be comfortable with character skin work, as well as an engaging and confident host. Bing's target audience is 1 to 4 year olds, so the style of engagement and hosting must reflect that.

Full character training on the Bing brand will be provided.

Salary

Pay starts from £13.71 ph. This includes rehearsals. Free accommodation is provided for the on site rehearsals on the 1st and 2nd of July. This is also then available for the duration of the contract. The accommodation is provided by Camel Creek and consists of caravans in a private area of the park. The vans will be shared but no one will be sharing a bedroom. There is plenty of free parking at both the Exeter rehearsal venue and Camel Creek. We will also be able to provide assistance with Traveling down to Newquay from Exeter for the rehearsals and contract start date.
