Project: A series of three short comedic films for a UK catering supplies brand, accompanied by social media clips and still photographs. Produced by Baby Wolf Productions.

Role: We're seeking a versatile lead actor to feature in all three films, and we're open to any gender.

This character embodies the everyperson who keeps the hospitality industry running smoothly, whether as a takeaway server, a kitchen porter, or a school canteen cleaner. In each film, they face the unexpected challenge of their essential tools disappearing, forcing them to creatively navigate an escalating crisis with unflappable composure.

The humour is derived from physicality and keen observation, akin to a silent Mr Bean or a straightforward Burnistoun sketch. The performance is entirely non-verbal, relying on facial expressions and body language to convey exhaustion, acceptance, a hint of defeat, and a determination to carry on.

We're casting one recurring lead to carry all three films, and we're open to any gender. They're the everyperson who keeps hospitality running: a takeaway server, a kitchen porter, a school canteen cleaner. In each film the kit they depend on has vanished, and they have to improvise their way through a quietly escalating disaster with total deadpan dignity. The comedy is physical and observational, in the spirit of a wordless Mr Bean or a Burnistoun sketch played straight. There is no dialogue at all. The whole performance lives in the face and the body: weariness, resignation, the small flicker of defeat, the getting-on-with-it. They're the recognisable face the campaign is built around, so we're after someone with real presence and impeccable comic timing who can do a lot with very little.

Salary

£500 / day Estimated 2 days of work Total: £1,000 A buyout for UK, all media, three years, with an option to renew at a pre-agreed fee. One-time payment, no residuals. Buyout covers three short films, social cutdowns and stills.
