Hello,
We are seeking an actor for the main role in the short horror-comedy film "Sins of the Flesh," under the direction of Max Ward.
Logline: A devout couple mistakenly calls upon a stripper instead of a priest for a late-night exorcism. The Character:
A highly sought-after party stripper - the best at what he does. He performs under a range of personas, each built through obsessive, almost method-level research.
As absurd as the job is, he carries himself with total confidence and conviction. He’s cool, composed, and takes the work seriously.
In the film, we first meet him as Father Johnson, a brooding, mysterious priest. Later, we see another persona: Officer Hungwell.
The role demands both dramatic and comedic range. The first act plays entirely as straight horror - there’s no hint of comedy until the reveal of his true profession, which shifts the tone.
Other Skills:
There is some light stunt work involved, including a short fight sequence and basic baton twirling (which can be taught).
Dance essential. We have an exotic dancer choreographer who will work with you to build two short routines. Please let us know if you have dance experience or are comfortable learning. Role includes shirtless scene. - Salary
- Estimated 30 hours of work Total: £450
- Gender
- Male Only
- Age
- 31 - 42
