Looking for Cruise Hosts for immediate and future start dates.

Set Sail Entertainment is looking for individuals to join a major travel company for contracts in Europe. EU Passport is preferred but not essential. Entertainment/Hosting experience strongly desired although full training will be given so not essential.

Unlike ocean cruising, River cruising does not involve long periods away from home so this would suit someone with a UK/European base. All Travel expenses are covered to fly Cruise Hosts to the ship. A typical schedule is two weeks onboard, followed by two weeks at home. Employment is on a self-employed basis.

Paid in person training day 24th March, venue to be confirmed. Travel expenses also covered.

The cruise host position is responsible for the hosting of onboard events such as:

Tea Time Talks (material provided for short onboard informative presentations)
Gameshows/Quizzes
Themed events
Line dancing classes (Training provided)
Hosting guest acts
Socialising and interacting with guests
Opportunity for own entertainment (ie cabaret/magic show/vocal set)

In addition to this the Cruise Host will also perform duties alongside the Cruise Director such as:

Assisting with shore excursions
Assisting with embarkation/disembarkation (including airport transfers)
Administrative work to support the smooth running of the Cruise

A cabin with Solo occupancy is guaranteed. All onboard meals are provided.

Salary

£145pd. Accommodation, meals and travel provided.
