Casting "Alone (Venture 5NW)," a three-part project: The third part being a feature length film. It is based upon a short story written by the director about a fixer who is brought in to de-escalate a violent confrontation. In the process he exposes societal double standards regarding sexual mores, violence, media, and consumerism.

Director information
Steve Heman is a self-produced, independent filmmaker who specializes in contemporary-thematic arthouse films with a seventies' aesthetic. His work has been compared to Mark Rappaport's "Scenic Route," Nobuhiko Obayashi's "House" and Jean Cocteau's "Blood of a Poet."
