Jessica Hetherston Profile

I’m a Scottish actress who grew up in Gran Canaria, Spain, and moved back to Scotland to follow my passion for acting. I speak fluent Spanish and love bringing that international perspective into my work.

I’ve been involved in a few short films, including Teenage Dream (directed by Oliver Nicholson), Mother Kingdom (directed by Aysha Alfalasi), and a personal project I created called Broken. Each one’s helped me grow a lot as a performer and storyteller.

I can do a range of accents and I really enjoy switching things up depending on the role. I also sing, dance, and do improv, which gives me a lot of flexibility on stage or screen.

Fitness and movement are a big part of my life too. I go to the gym regularly, train in boxing, swim, horse ride, and practice yoga and Pilates. I’m also currently doing a stage combat course, which has been so much fun and really useful for physical roles.
