Jay McMahon Profile

Jay is a very experienced singer with a number of accolades to her name. In her early twenty’s she fronted 3 separate five piece bands in Cornwall, the most successful of which was ‘Perfect Mismatch’. She went on to become a lead vocalist in the Military Wives choir and was selected to perform at the Royal Albert Hall in London as part of Gareth Malones ‘super choir’ for the War Horse Prom featured on BBC2. She has since been in a number of different military wives choirs across the UK.
After taking a break from music during covid, Jay then joined the TF Chorus at Titchfield Festival Theatre and took part in a number of concerts both at the Theatre and at their open air concerts accompanied by 43 piece orchestra, South Coast Symphonia.
She has continued her love of singing by performing in in various plays and was cast as ‘Ruby Red’ by Titchfield Theatre in their 2023 Christmas panto, Red Ridinghood and, most recently in Made in Dagenham.
